As a 9^th generation Floridian, I have had the experience of watching the state, and Central Florida in particular, undergo a metamorphosis which is truly unparalleled.  From moving to Winter Park in the early 1940’s to watching the decline and rebirth of the Real Estate industry in this century I have an understanding of the dynamics of the area’s growth which few other people can claim.  This can translate into an appreciation for the needs of mortgage applicants that can be of enormous help to them, both from a professional as well as an aesthetic point of view. 

With nearly 50 years’ experience in the business world, my perspective is different from that of the average financial services professional, in that my working life has covered such a broad spectrum that I can relate to almost any income or occupational level.  At my time in life, I have the luxury of considering the financial needs and lifestyle requirements of my clients apart from my own objectives and thus able to make completely unselfish recommendations in my clients’ best interests.
