As President of Tay-Bar, Ltd., a 25 year old Delaware corporation, I have been engaged in the municipal bond business, the healthcare leasing arena and lived in Orlando for the past two and a half decades. My clients have been predominantly institutional buyers and my experience in the financial services industry serves me well in the mortgage business. I served, while in N.Y.C., Morgan Guaranty Trust, Shearson American Express as well as Smith Barney Harris Upham where I was a First Vice President and National Municipal Institutional Sales Manager. In 2006 I took a position with Healthcare Capital Services as S.V.P. Capital Markets and Syndications in Lake Mary, Florida.

 I served the Human Services Council of Orange County, Inc. as President in 1988-89; the College Park Neighborhood Association as Trustee from 1989-91; The Rotary Club of College Park (Orlando) as a Paul Harris Fellow from 1993-97.
